目前半钢成型机传递环全都采用瓦块夹持胎面复合件的形式,在更换轮胎规格时需更换瓦块,操作繁琐且浪费时间。新型传递环摒弃了瓦块使用,利用连杆机构结合端部自适应夹持机构形式,改变了传统夹持方式,提高了机构性能及生产效率。

At present the all transfer ring of semi-steel tire building machine adopted the form of the segment clamping tread composite piece which has to change the tile when replace the tire size,it is operating cumbersome and waste time. New transfer ring abandoned the tile, by using the form of the end linkage adaptive method claming mechanism , changed the traditional clamping way, improving the organization performance and production efficiency.
