摘要
音乐产业的发展状况对一个国家(或地区)的文化产业发展起到了至关重要的作用,我国已将音乐产业的发展纳入国家文化产业发展规划中,制定并落实扶持音乐产业加快发展的政策措施。2013年8月,成都国家音乐产业基地正式在成都"东郊记忆"挂牌,这对成都市乃至四川省音乐产业发展提供了机遇,如何打造具有四川省特色的成都音乐产业基地成为研究的重要课题。
