摘要
A企业一线生产工人工作环境调查显示:员工对工作硬环境基本满意,对工作软环境的满意度比较低,尤其在个人发展与进步、工作认可、尊重与关怀等方面不满情绪更为突出;员工的工作满意度与年龄、工龄、婚姻、收入显著相关。针对这一现状,作者认为制造业在继续完善工作硬环境的同时,更应重视通过管理方式的人性化,丰富工作内容、重视工人的职业发展,加强精神激励等方式改善企业工作软环境。
Survey of workers’ work environment results show that works are basically satisfied with work hard environment,but not satisfied with work soft environment,especially in the personal development and progress,work recognition,respect and care;age,length of service,marrige and income have a significant correlation with satisfaction.In view of this situation,the author thinks that manufacturing industry continues to improve the hard environment of work at the same time,more attention should be paid to the humanized management mode,job enrichment,career devolepmeng,the spiritual motivation and other methods to improve the soft environment for enterprises.
