摘要 固态有源相控阵雷达阵列天线是由多个可扩充阵列模块组成,由于模块中天线单元之间存在阵列误差、各单元幅相不一致和互耦效应的影响,需要准确测量各单元幅相值,通过校准实现天线超低副瓣性能。针对基于T/R组件的有源可扩充阵列天线系统的特性,研制自动测试系统,采用了网口控制技术、天线开放场校准技术,解决了可扩充阵列模块多通道、多参数精确测试难题,实现了最大副瓣电平为-40dB的超低副瓣天线,提高了雷达抗干扰能力和小目标检测能力。 Solid-state active phased array radar antenna array is composed of multiple extensible array modules.Due to the influence of not only the array error between the antenna unit in the module,but also the inconsistency in the amplitude and phase of each unit and the mutual coupling effect,one must measurement the amplitude and phase value about each units accurate and achieve ultra-low side lobe antenna performance by calibration.This article uses the network port control technology and antenna open field calibration technique to develop an automatic test system for the characteristics of active extensible array antenna system which based on the T/R modules.The development of this approach makes it possible to accurately test the multi-parameter in the case of multi-channel about the extensible array module.The system will achieve the ultra-low side lobe antenna whose maximum side lobe level is-40 dB and provide advanced anti-jam capabilities and improve the ability of small target detection.
