摘要
介绍在原有设备条件下,如何利用闭式锻造技术生产腕臂底座。介绍腕臂底座闭式锻造成型工艺的要求、流程,以及如何通过模拟分析优化模具设计、计算坯料、模拟生产等确定工艺方案。改进后的闭式腕臂底座锻造工艺,能够提高模具的寿命、产品的表面质量、锻造精度和材料利用率,降低能源消耗和劳动强度。
This paper describes how to use the existing equipment to produce cantilever base by adopting closed-die forging technology. The authors introduce the requirements, process of the closed-die forging technology and how to optimize the mould design, calculate blank, and analog production for cantilever base through simulation analysis. The improved closed-die forging technology for cantilever base will extend mould life, improve the quality of the product surface, forging precision, material utilization, and reduce energy consumption and labor intensity.
