摘要
促性腺激素释放激素类似物(GnRHa)可以通过抑制下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴间接抑制卵巢癌的发生发展,也可以通过癌细胞表达的GnRHR介导,直接抑制癌细胞的增殖、诱导凋亡等。GnRHa还可以运用对肿瘤细胞的靶效应,作为载体连接上细胞毒性药物,可以提高细胞毒性药物的功效、降低不良反应。因此,GnRHa对部分顽固性复发性卵巢癌有一定疗效。文章主要对GnRHa在上皮性卵巢癌治疗中的应用进行综述。
Gonadotropin releasing hormone analogues (GnRHa) inhibit the development of ovari- an cancer through hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis. They could also inhibit the proliferation and induce the apoptosis of cancer cells when combine with GnRH receptors on ovarian carci- noma cells. In addition, GnRHa could serve as a cartier for cytotoxic agents,improving the effi- ciency of cytotoxie agents and reducing the toxicities .Therefore,treatment with GnRHa might become a valuable strategy for recurrent and refractory ovarian cancer patients.
