HMGA1在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达及临床意义

Expression of HMGA1 in Ovarian Cancer and Its Clinical Significance

[目的]探讨高迁移率族蛋白A1(HMGA1)在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及其临床意义。[方法]应用RT-PCR技术和免疫组化法检测38例卵巢上皮性癌组织中及44例正常卵巢组织中HMGA1 mRNA和蛋白的表达情况。[结果]HMGA1 mRNA和蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的阳性表达率均明显高于正常卵巢组织(P<0.01)。HMGA1蛋白在组织学分级G3癌组织中的阳性表达率高于在G1、G2级(P<0.05),在有淋巴结转移、脉管浸润的癌组织中的阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移、脉管浸润的癌组织(P<0.05)。[结论]HMGA1在卵巢癌组织中呈高表达,高水平HMGA1表达与肿瘤组织学分级、淋巴结转移、脉管浸润等一系列导致较差预后的临床病理因素相关,提示HMGA1的表达不仅有助于卵巢癌的诊断,也有助于预后的判断。

[Purpose] To investigate the expression of high mobility group A I（HMGA1） in o- varian cancer and its clinical significance. [Methods] Expression of HMGAI mRNA and pro- tein in 38 cases with ovarian cancer and 44 cases of normal ovarian tissues was detected by re- al-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） and immunohistochemical method. [Resultsl The positive expression of HMGA1 mRNA and protein in ovarian cancer was higher significantly than that in normal ovarian tissues（P〈0.01 ）. The positive expression rate of HMGA1 protein in the group with histological grade G3 was higher than that in the group with histological grade Gl and G2 （P〈0.05）,and it was higher in the group with lymph node metas- tasis and vascular invasion than that in the group without lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] HMGAI is high expression in ovarian cancer. High expres- sion of HMGA1 is related to some clinicopathologic factors, such as histological grade,lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion which closely relate with poor prognosis.
