脑卒中偏瘫的针灸治疗及疗效分析

The Effect of Acupuncture treatment in Patients with Cerebral Stroke

目的:观察针灸治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床效果。方法:随机方法选择脑卒中偏瘫患者42例,治疗组21例,对照组21例,对照组给予常规用药及心理干预,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予针灸治疗。比较两组患者总有效率、残损及残疾水平间的差异。结果:治疗组治疗的总有效率为90.4%,显著高于对照组61.9%的总有效率,具有统计学意义(χ2=4.72,P<0.05)。治疗组上下肢体运动评定(FM A)及Barthel指数较治疗前有显著性提高,且提高幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗可以提高脑卒中偏袒患者的疗效,降低致残率,具有重要临床推广价值。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment in patients with cerebral stroke .Methods：42 cases of cer-ebral stroke were evenly divided into 2 groups, control group was applied conventional drugs and psychological intervention , and observa-tion group was applied acupuncture treatment in addition to treatment received by control group , compared total effective rate , damaged and physical disability between the two groups .Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 90.4%, significantly higher than 61.9%of control group （χ2 =4.72,P〈0.05）.The score of FMA and Barthel index of observation group were all better after treat -ment, and the raised extent was much higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture treatment for patients with cerebral stroke can improve clinical efficacy , decrease the physical disability , thus is of important clinical application value.
