摘要
中医五脏系统在临床中出现的复杂证候群,体现出了五脏系病机演变的过程。临床中的"多个脏系同时发病",是普遍存在的规律;而"五脏系同病",是病机演变过程中的趋向与终点,映射出的是中医诊疗原型系统及其基本结构,对其内在机制进行深入的研究,将会为中医临床疗效评价体系的建立提供基础和依据。
The complex syndromes in the clinical medicine reflects the pathogenesis evolution of the five viscera .The five viscera sys-tems occurring diseases at the same time is a universal law in the clinical practice and it is the trend and end of pathogenesis evolution , reflecting the basic structure of TCM diagnosis and treatment prototype .The study on the inner mechanism would provide the foundation and evidence for establishing TCM clinical efficacy evaluation system .
