摘要
采用铁炭微电解的方法处理某钢铁厂含铬废水。通过单因素静态实验主要考察了废水初始pH值、搅拌转速、Fe/C、反应时间对Cr6+去除效果的影响。根据静态实验的结果,在铁炭固定床反应柱中进行了动态实验,实验结果表明,当流速低于40mL/min时,系统可以连续稳定运行6h。
Iron - carbon micro - electrolysis is applied in the treatment of the steel wastewater containing chromium. The effects of initial pH, stirring speed,Fe/C(quallty) and reaction time on the removal of Cr6+ are investigated by single factor experiments. According to the results of the static experiments, the dynamic test is carried out in a fixed bed reactor com- posed of iron and carbon and the experimental results show that when the flow rate is less than 40 ml./min, the system can continuously operate for 6 h.
