Through discussion on the basic organizational attributes of safety management, it can help the decision- makers to analyze the above factors and adjust the safety management to adapt to their own management. Besides, it can also help the supervision departments to implement supervision based on the characteristics of different industries and different domains to learn from each other in safety management.
