偷渡犯罪不仅危害了国家的安全与主权,也对国家声誉、社会秩序和经济发展带来很大的冲击。偷渡犯罪的原因是多方面的,如经济发展的不平衡、劳动力市场的需求与劳动力价格的反差以及一定程度上家庭因素的影响,享乐主义和侥幸心理,法律上的漏洞,等等。当前要预防偷渡犯罪需要从一体化的角度出发,加强边管以及侦查等执法与司法活动,并完善相关法律法规。

Smuggling crime endangers the national security and sovereignty as well as the country＇ s reputation. It imposes a great impact on social order and economic development. There are many reasons for illegal immigra- tion, such as the imbalance of economic development, the contrast between labor market demand and price, the impact of family factors, hedonism, legal loopholes and holding fluky mentality. The current need is to prevent crime of illegal immigration in view of integration, strengthening the border management, investigation and other law enforcement and judicial activities, improving relevant laws and regulations.
