摘要
笔者报道对肝移植病人围手术期进行健康教育,解决在围手术期影响治疗和康复的心理危机。根据病人的具体情况,采取交谈、动作示范、现身说法等形式,并结合宣传资料,通过术前准备期、术后恢复期、出院前健康教育,为病人提供必要的医学护理知识,调动病人积极参与护理活动,提高病人自我保健能力,促进康复,减少术后并发症的发生,提高术后病人的生活质量。
: This article reported the health education offered for the patients during orthotopic liver transplantation so as to solve the psychological crisis in_fluencing the treatment and rehabilitation.Based on different factuality of individuals,varied educational methods such as conversation,action demonstration,experience- telling as well as delivery of booklets were employed for“ three periods” (preoperative,postoperative and predischarge periods )in order to provide the patients with necessary nursing knowledge,motivate them to actively participate the nursing activities, raise their awareness of self- care helping accelerate rehabilitation, reduce complications and eventually improve their postoperative quality of life.
