摘要
高技能人才是影响浙江省经济发展方式转变、产业升级、结构调整的一个关键因素。近年来,浙江省高技能人才队伍建设取得了一定的成绩,但由于受各种客观条件的限制,依然存在一些问题,从而影响高技能人才队伍的结构优化和素质提升。高技能人才队伍建设是一项系统工程,需要政府相关职能部门、行业企业、社会培训机构和职业院校共同努力,共同构建多维度、多层次的技能人才培养体系。
High-skill talents play a critical role in the transformation of economic development mode,industry upgrading and structure adjustment. In recent years,the construction of high-skill talents team in Zhejiang has achieved great success,but problems still exist due to diverse object conditions,which exert harmful effects on the structure optimization and quality promotion of high-skill talents team. The construction of high-skill talents team is a systematic project,calling for the concerted efforts of relevant governmental departments,industries and enterprises,training organizations and vocational colleges to establish a multi-dimensional,multi-level skilled talents cultivation system.
