摘要
在当前社会及工业提倡节能减排的形势下,要求电厂必须提高超临界锅炉运行的安全性和经济性、降低辅机功耗、减少污染物排放,所以对电站锅炉燃烧调整试验的优化提出了新的要求。优化包括对600 MW超临界锅炉运行进行燃烧调整,直流燃烧器和旋流燃烧器的燃烧调整。同时,进行对锅炉优化燃烧调整试验研究,对试验结果进行详细分析,找到提高锅炉机组运营效率、节能降耗的最佳优化方案。
In the current situation of the community and industry to promote energy conservation and emission reduction, the power plant must improve the security and economy of supercritical boiler, reduce auxiliary power consumption and pollutant emissions, so the new demands set on the adjustment of boiler combustion optimization of test. Optimization includes 600MW supercritical boiler combustion regulation, DC adjustment of burners and combustion swirl burner. Meanwhile, on the experimental study on optimization of boiler combustion regulation, the test results are analyzed to find the best optimization way to improve the operational efficiency and energy saving lower consumption of boiler unit.
