一次风机失速导致机组跳闸事故处理分析

摘要 一次风机失速后的运行操作不当使一次风压持续降低,造成锅炉燃烧大幅度扰动,水煤比失调导致了机组跳闸事故。分析了事故过程和事故处理的不当之处,从运行角度提出了防事故措施:及时发现并消除失速前兆,失速后采取正确的运行处理方法,尽量维持一次风稳定,协调锅炉风、煤、水比例,才能保证机组安全运行。 As a result of incorrect operation during the primary fan stall, primary air pressure continuously decreased. Therefore, boiler combustion stability has been disturbanced greatly, and the generation unit tripped due to water-coal ratio imbalance. Incorrect operation measures adopted to deal with the stall accident have been analyzed, and correct ones have been put forward. The stall precursory phenomena shout be found and eliminated. Correct operations can stabilize primary air pressure. Keeping suitable water-coal ratio and keeping suitable air-coal ratio will contribute to safety of the unit operation.
