弹力驱栓治疗四肢外伤性动静脉血栓形成

Treating Traumatic Arteriovenous Thrombosis of Extremities by Elastic Repelling Thrombosis Method

目的 :着重讨论弹力驱栓法在四肢外伤性动静脉血栓形成治疗中的作用。方法 :通过对 2 8例四肢外伤性动静脉血管血栓形成的治疗。四肢手术驱血的原理 ,阐述弹力驱栓法在外伤后四肢动静脉血栓形成治疗中的重要价值。结果 :本组 2 8例因外伤后致四肢动静脉血栓形成 ,应用弹力驱栓法治疗后 ,得到随访的 2 3例 ,均完全康复 ,无一例因术后血栓形成行第二次手术 ,成功率 10 0 %。结论 :弹力驱栓法治疗四肢外伤性动静脉血栓形成 ,其方法简单 ,操作方便 ,安全可靠 ,效果显著 ,易于掌握。该设想科学合理 ,实用性强 。

Objective:To evaluate the curing effect of elastic repelling thrombosis method in the treatment of traumatic arteriovenous thrombosis of extremities.Methods:The significance of elastic repelling thrombosis method was described according to the principle of exsanguination of extremities surgery based on the treatment experience of 28 patients.Results:Twenty eight patients with traumatic arteriovenous thrombosis were treated by elastic repelling thrombosis method.Twenty three patients of them were followed up,who were all healed and no one underwent secondary operation because of post operative thrombosis.Conclusion:Treating traumatic arteriovenous thrombosis is safe,simple and easy to prerform,and its curing effect is obvious.So it is ascientific,reasonable and practical therapy worth of spreading.
