摘要
水下管道不停输封堵维抢修技术由于其特有优势,目前已广泛应用于解决海底管道日益加剧的安全问题。介绍了一种用于水下不停输封堵作业的新型水下机械式三通,该新型三通避免了传统焊接式三通安装时可能存在的安全问题,且操作简单,作业时间短。利用有限元模型对该三通的橡胶密封性能进行计算,结果显示其密封圈完全满足10MPa的密封要求;对橡胶的压缩角度进行优化,并选择10°压缩角作为最终设计。
Due to its unique advantages, underwater pipeline on-line repair technology has been widely used to solve the problem of subsea pipeline security problems. This paper introduces a new mechanical clamp for hot tapping which can avoid security issues occurred during the installa- tion of the traditional welded clamp,and operation for this new clamp is simple and quick. As rub- ber seal directly determines the mechanical clamp seal performance at work,this paper utilize the finite element method to calculate its performance which show the sealing ring can completely meet the sealing request under the pressure of 10 MPa. Finally,rubber compression Angle is opti- mized,and 10 degrees compression Angle is selected as the final design.
