Design of Towing Head for Waste Pipeline Under Sea

为保证深海铺管的可靠性,需在恶劣气候条件下将正在铺设的海底管道暂时弃置到海底,待条件好转再将其回收以继续铺设。为了确保回收海底管道时能够准确定位弃置在海底的管道,需要在管道末端安装拖拉封头。设计了一种挂钩式拖拉封头,对其结构和创新设计进行了阐述,并对设计参数进行详细计算和ABAQUS数值模拟。

In order for the reliability of laying pipeline in deep sea during bad weather,the tempo-rally waste pipeline should be returned when the weather get better for further use. A specially designed towing head was developed to return the temporary waste pipeline. A hook towing head was designed, and its new design is described, and the detailed parameters and ABAQUS data imi-tation as well.
