注水井用非金属复合材料油管试验检测与评价 被引量:3

摘要 非金属复合材料油管在油田注水井中使用时,各项性能指标要求有所不同。对内径50mm、4层结构的非金属复合材料油管进行了力学性能、耐温性能、抗腐蚀性能室内试验。该种复合材料油管抗内压为24MPa,拉力110kN时伸长率为5.4%,最小弯曲半径为350mm,耐温70℃,对H2S、CO2等物质具有较好的防腐作用。检测结果表明:该种非金属复合材料油管能够在井深2 000m以内的注水井中正常工作,在污水回注井中具有较好的适应性。 When nonmetal compound material tubing used for water iniection well,every perform-ance figure is different. Some experiments for one nonmetal compound material tubing were test-ed,this kind of tubing has 4-layer structure,inner diameter is 50mm,and the experiments include mechanics,temperature and corrosion proof abilities. This tubing can hold 24 MPa internal pres- sure,when stretching at 110 kN,the length growth rate is 5.4~ ,the minimum bending radius is 350 mm,temperature tolerance is 70 ℃ ,it has corrosion prevention for H2S and CO2. The result of all tests and experiments prove that this nonmetal compound material tubing can be used on depth in 2 000 m iniection well,especially on produced water reiniection well.
