摘要 从工具性能、工作原理、施工工艺等方面出发,介绍了一套侧钻井免钻射孔滑套工艺,主要应用ф139.7mm套管内开窗侧钻完井,解决了常规侧钻完井采用ф95mm套管(内径φ82.25mm)固井后下入73枪+60.3mm过油管射孔的工序复杂、出水后卡层困难等问题。该工艺施工作业简单,有效减少射孔作业及对产层的伤害,能有效保证固井质量,可达到投产快、费用低等效果。 A sliding-sleeve technology of perforation-free in sidetracking well is introduced,inclu- ding performance,principle and operation. A Ф139.7 mm casing in completion of sidetrack drill-ing,which mainly solves complicated operation of conventional Ф95 mm (inner diameter is Ф82.25 mm) and 73 shoots +60.3 mm through tubing shooting and the difficulty of stratabound when water bursting. The technology features for its simple operation, less harm to production layers, thus to ensure the cementing quality,quick production,and low cost.
