摘要
目的探讨影响食管镜下异物取出术治疗效果的因素。方法回顾性分析1995年1月～2000年10月113例食管异物的临床资料。结果113例食管异物采用食管镜均顺利取出 ,无严重并发症发生。结论术前诊断明确 ,手术时机选择得当 ,良好的麻醉 ,操作轻柔。
Objective To find how to promote treatment effect of foreign body extration under esophagoscope. Methods Clinic data of 113 patients from 1995 to 2000 with foreign bedies in esophagous were retrospectively studied. Results Foreign bodies in all 113 cases were extracted sucessfully without any serious complications. Conclusion Satisfied postoperative results only can be obtained with unambiguous diagnosis, proper operation time, favorable anesthesia and perfect operation skill.
