内蒙古自治区男男性接触者艾滋病防治所面临的挑战

The challenges faced in HIV /AIDS prevention of MSM in Inner Mongolia

男男性接触者(men who have sex with men,MSM)已成为我国艾滋病流行的三大核心人群之一。该文从MSM人群的基本概念、艾滋病感染状况以及内蒙古自治区艾滋病防治中MSM人群面临的自身因素以及存在的社会因素3方面进行综述,以期望为今后内蒙古MSM人群的研究和干预工作提供参考。

Men who have sex with men （MSM） have become one of the three major populations tor mtectmg of HIV/AIDS in China. The definition of MSM, the prevalent status of HIV/AIDS and the challenges of their own factors and social factors in HIV/AIDS prevention of MSM in Inner Mongolia are summarized in this paper for offering reference to intervention and research work of MSM population in the future.
