Survey on the mosquito distribution of residential area in Benxi city during 2001- 2010

摘要 目的掌握本溪市蚊类种群构成及分布,为指导蚊虫防治提供科学依据。方法采取灯诱法对本溪市居民区、医院、公园3种场所的蚊密度进行监测。结果2001—2010年本溪市住区蚊类种群构成为淡色库蚊、刺扰伊蚊、朝鲜伊蚊和中华按蚊。城市优势蚊种为淡色库蚊,占68.22%;农村优势种为刺扰伊蚊,占75.15%,农村住区蚊密度明显高于城市。未监测到乙脑传播媒介三带喙库蚊;蚊类活动高峰期为每年的8月上旬~9月上旬。结论本溪市住区宜于每年8月上旬~9月上旬加强蚊类防治工作,城市住区以淡色库蚊为主要防治对象,农村住区以刺扰伊蚊为主要防治对象。 Objective To grasp the structure and distribution of mosquito species in the residential area, and provide scientific basis for mosquito control. Methods Light trap method was used to monitor the mosquito density in residential area, hospital and park areas. Results From 2001 to 2010 , the species structure of mosquito in the residential area of Benxi city included Culex pipiens pallens, Aedes vexans. Anopheles sinen- sis and Aedes koreicus. Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species of mosquito in the urban residential area, occupying 68.22% of the total urban mosquito trap. Aedes vexans was the dominant species of mosquito in the rural residential areas, occupying 75.15% of the total rural mosquito trap. The density of mosquito in the rural area was much higher than that in the urban area obviously. No Encephalitis B communication media Culex tritaeniorhynchus was found through supervision in the residential area. The maximum activity of mos- quito in Benxi city occurred from early August to early September annually. Conclusions Early August to the early September annually is suitable for the residential area of Benxi city to enhance prevention and treatment work of mosquito; The urban residential area mainly take Culex pipiens pallens as target, and the rural resi- dential area mainly take Aedes vexans as target.
