Application of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive technique in emergency medicine

摘要 急救医学是处理各种急性病变和急性创伤的专门学科,重点关注各种伤病的急危重阶段的快速、有效处理。在内容上主要包括心、肺、脑的复苏,循环功能引起的体克、急性创伤、多器官功能的衰竭和急性中毒等;在时间段上包括院前处理(急救中心)、医院急诊科、危重病人监护病房(ICU)三部分。美国是国际上急救医学发展最早和最成熟的国家之一,早在上世纪90年代初已将超声装备到了救生直升机和救生艇。随着电子技术的飞速发展,超声设备体积更小,机动、灵活,图像质量进一步提高,功能进一步完备,使其成为唯一最早用于院前救治的影像学技术。
