摘要
对分离式霍普金森压杆试验中因波导杆弯曲效应而产生的波形振荡问题进行了分析,并提出解决方案。对不同电桥连接方法进行了理论分析和实验验证,提出了全桥接线法消除弯曲效应的影响,得到无振荡的波形曲线;并对数据分析的二波法和三波法处理结果进行了比较分析,给出了SHPB实验中解决弯曲效应的最佳桥路接法。
Waveform oscillation problem resulted from the wave-guiding bars bending effect in Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar tests is analyzed and a solution is proposed. The different bridges connection methods are theoretically analyzed and experimentally verified. A optimum method is selected, which can eliminate the effects of wave-guiding bar bending. The strain wave propagation along the wave-guiding bars without oscillation are obtained. The mechanical properties results of same material by two-wave method and three-wave method are comparatively analyzed. The results show that the optimum bridge con- nections can solve bending effect in SHPI3 test.
