粉煤灰水泥稳定碎石土基层的试验研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 为揭示粉煤灰水泥稳定碎石土基层性能,提高其在道路工程中的高效应用,采用粉煤灰水泥稳定碎石土替代水泥稳定碎石作为路面基层材料用于宁东能源化工基地1号综合渣场土石坝坝顶施工。通过对8组不同配比下粉煤灰水泥稳定碎石土的无侧限抗压强度试验研究,得出粉煤灰水泥稳定碎石土强度可满足1号综合渣场土石坝坝顶路面基层强度要求;根据研究试验分析确定的配合比在渣场土石坝进行了基层试验段的铺设,采样测试粉煤灰水泥稳定碎石土基层的7d无侧限抗压强度为4.8MPa,满足强度设计要求,适用于道路基层铺装工程。为粉煤灰的循环利用提供了新思路。 The fly ash cement stabilized macadam soil is used as pavement base material in NO. 1 syn- thetic slag disposal pit's earth and rockfill dam crest in Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base to replace the cement stabilized macadam. To reveal the mechanical properties of fly ash cement stabilized macedam soil and improve its efficient application in road engineering, the unconfined compressive strength of 8 samples were tested with of different ratio for fly ash and cement. The results show that the strength of fly ash cement stabilized macedam soil can reach the base bearing requirements of NO. 1 synthetic slag disposal pit's earth and rockfill dam crest. The experiment pave are constructed with the ratio determined by test. The field sampling show that the 7 d unconfined compressive strengthot the fly ash cement stabilized mac- adam soil is 4.8 MPa. This meet the requirements of strength design. This study indicates that the fly ash cement stabilized macadam soil is suitable for road pavement project and provides a new idea for the recy- cling of fly ash.
