护理大专生人格特质、自我和谐对主观幸福感的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨护理大专生在校期间人格特质及自我和谐对主观幸福感的影响。方法采用艾森克人格问卷、自我和谐量表和总体幸福感量表对392名护理大专生进行测量。结果①护理大专生主观幸福得分为(110.24±12.32)分,第二学年得分最高(114.75±10.75),第三学年得分最低(108.26±12.56)。护理大专生第三学年的自我和谐程度偏低(94.49±14.62)分。②护理大专生在校期间不同时段主观幸福感与人格特质、自我和谐之间的相关性没有明显改变。③自我和谐是人格特质与主观幸福感之间的中介变量,通过自我和谐的改变,影响主观幸福感。结论护理大专生主观幸福感普遍较高,自我和谐在人格特质对主观幸福感影响中起中介作用。 Objective To investigate the impact of personality and .self-consistency on subjective well-being in associate numing students. Methods Totally 392 associate nursing students were investigated with Eysenck Personal Questionnaire (EPQ), Self Consistency and Congruence Scale (SCCS), and General Well-being Schedule (GWB). Results The score of subjective well-being of associate nursing students was(110.24±12.32), the score was high-est in the second academic year(114.75±10.75)and lowest in the third academic year(108.26±12.56). Moreover, the self-consistency and congruence level was low in the third academic year( 94.49±14.62 ). Subjective well-being was correlated with personality and self-consistency; self-consistency played a mediating effect on the relationship between personality and subjective well-being. Conclusion The level of subjective well-being is high in associate nursing students. Serf-consistency plays a mediating role between personality and subjective well-being.
