参量下转换辐射定标技术研究进展

Research Advance of Calibration Techniques of Parametric Downconversion

摘要 目前光学遥感器定标一般都需要建立高精度的初级标准,然后以一定的比较链传递到用户传感器,初级标准精度和标准传递环节是测量不确定度的主要来源。结合国内外近几年开展的参量下转换定标方法、理论和实验结果,指出参量下转换作为绝对辐射定标的标准光源和标准探测器的自身优势。根据参量下转换定标技术向实际应用发展的需要,介绍参量下转换辐射定标技术向宽波段、模拟探测器定标方面发展的必要性、技术难点和解决途径。 Currently, optical sensors usually need to build high-accuracy primary standard, and then transfer to user sensor based on a series of comparison chain, the precision of primary standard and standard transfer chain are the major sources of uncertainty. Combined with parametric downconversion method, theory and experiment results in recent years at home and abroad, the advantages of absolute sources and detectors of parametric downconversion are referred. Considering the need of practical application of calibration technique of parametric downconversion, the necessity, technique difficulty and solution of calibration technique of para- metric downconversion are introduced when calibration technique of parametric downconversion transfers to broad band and analog detectors.
