The paper analyzes the characteristics of graduates/information needs in the network environment, discusses the obstacle factors which influence the achievement of graduateslinformation needs, puts forward countermeasures of providing characteristic informa- tion services, including digging information needs, strengthening the information related education of graduates, optimizing the allocation of collection resources, embedding in scientific research, creating a high level professional personnel team, etc.
