The nursing in umbilical cord blood transfusion during hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

脐血造血干细胞移植中如何使脐血造血干细胞顺利输注入病人体内是移植成功的重要环节，因此，脐血输注的护理尤为重要。笔者阐述 9例脐血造血干细胞移植患者，脐血输注前输注时的护理，脐血输注后并发症的观察及护理 3个部分的护理经验。 9例患者均成功进行了脐血输注。

Objective To study the significance of the nursing in umbilical cord blood transfusion during hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Method 9 cases receiving hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were nursed and observed before,during and after umbilical cord blood transfusion. the focus was on the psychological and physionlogical nursing care of the patients and after transfusion on the complicwtions.Results The nursing care through the whole course significantly helped completion of umbilical cord blood transfusion. Conclusion The nursing before,during and after the umbilical cord blood transfusion is of great significant to hematipoietic stem cell transplantation.
