参麦注射液对充血性心力衰竭患者血清血管紧张素及动脉弹性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究参麦注射液对充血性心力衰竭患者血清血管紧张素及动脉弹性的影响。方法:选取本院收治的70例充血性心力衰竭患者遵循随机分配的方法分为对照组(常规充血性心力衰竭治疗组)35例和观察组(常规充血性心力衰竭治疗加参麦注射液组)35例,然后将两组治疗前与治疗后的血清血管紧张素及动脉弹性相关指标进行检测与比较。结果:观察组治疗后1周和2周的血清血管紧张素-Ⅰ(Ang-Ⅰ)、血管紧张素-Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)及血管紧张素Ⅱ2型受体(AT2R)均低于对照组治疗后同时间段的检测结果,血管紧张素-(1-7)[Ang-(1-7)]则高于对照组治疗后同时间段的检测结果,动脉弹性指标及其他相关指标也明显好于对照组治疗后同时间段的检测结果,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液可有效调节充血性心力衰竭患者血清血管紧张素指标,并可显著改善患者的动脉弹性。 Objective: To study the influence of Shenmai injection for the serum angiotensin and ar- terial elasticity of patients with congestive heart failure. Methods:Totally 70 patients with congestive heart failure in our hospital from October 2011 to August 2013 were divided into control group(routine conges- tive heart failure treatment group, n= 35 cases) and observation group(routine congestive heart failure treatment and Shenmai injection group, n=35 cases) by random method,then the serum angiotensin and arterial elasticity of two groups before and after the treatment were detected and compared. Results:The serum Ang- Ⅰ ,Ang-Ⅱ and AT2R of observation group at 1st and 2nd week after the treatment were lower than those of control group at the same time after the treatment,Ang-(1-7)were higher than those of con- trol group at the same time after the treatment, arterial elasticity indexes and other related indexes were obviously better than those of control group at the same time after the treatment (P〈0.05). Oonclusion. The Shenmai injection can effectively adjust the serum angiotensin of patients with congestive heart fail- ure, and it also can significantly improve the arterial elasticity of patients.
