超声介入在辅助妇产科诊断治疗中的临床应用价值

Application of interventional ultrasound in auxiliary diagnosis in obstetrics and gynecology department

目的运用介入超声技术对妇产科患者进行常规检查和治疗,探讨介入超声在妇产科临床工作中的运用价值。方法收集2011年2月至2013年2月接受检查及治疗的242例妇产科患者资料,所有患者均经过超声介入检查及治疗。结果确诊患有不同程度的妇产科疾病患者200例,无漏检,误诊30例,其中有50例经普通超声未查出而由介入超声查出。结论介入超声检查创伤小、恢复快、效果明显,是一种可靠、安全的妇产科辅助检查和诊断治疗手段,有重要的临床价值。

Objective To explore the value of interventional ultrasound in clinic after the application in routine exami- nation and treatment on gynecological patients. Methods The data of 242 gynecological patients, who received examination and treatment of interventional ultrasound from February 2011 to February 2013,were collected. Results Totally 200 patients were diagnosed with gynecological diseases on different levels, no missing and 30 eases of misdiagnosis,therein, 50 eased were diag- nosed by interventional ultrasound after regular ultrasound. Conclusion Interventional ultrasound examination is with small trauma, quick recovery and obvious effect, and it is a safe and reliable means for auxiliary examination and treatment in obstetrics and gynecology department with important clinical value.
