摘要
喷涂速凝防水涂料由A、B两组份组成,A组分采用橡胶对沥青进行改性,再通过乳化技术将固态沥青乳化成液态实现喷涂工艺,该工艺的优点是在对沥青改性时赋予材料在防水方面的使用性能,再对其乳化实现喷涂工艺。本研究考察了喷涂防水材料制备工艺及改性剂对材料性能的影响,结果表明:热塑性弹性体SBS(聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-聚苯乙烯)对沥青改性的效果较佳,且在满足工艺的前提下最佳用量为6%。在对防水材料进行二次改性时,阴离子氯丁胶乳对材料的强度改善明显并赋予了防水材料具有橡胶的特性。随着氯丁胶乳含量的增加,防水膜的抗拉强度也随之增加。
Sprayed quick-setting waterproof coating was composed of two components A and B. A component was modified with rubber on the asphalt, and then through emulsification technique the solid bitumen was emulsified into liquid for a liquid spraying technology. The advantage of the process was that the material can used in waterproof performance when the asphalt was modified, and then to achieve its emulsion coating process. The preparation process of sprayed waterproof material and effects of the modifier on its properties were studied. The results showed that the effect of the thermoplastic elastomer SBS (polystyrene-butadiene-polystyrene) on asphalt modification was better, and the optimum additive of SBS was 6%. The neoprene anionic latex improved significantly the strength of the material and given the material to had the characteristics of rubber. With the increase of content of chloroprene, tensile strength of latex waterproof film also increased.
