摘要 以海藻酸钠(SA)和磷钨酸(PTA)为原料,通过溶液浇铸法制备了不同配比的海藻酸钠/磷钨酸(SA/PTA)杂化膜。用傅立叶红外分析(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热失重(TGA)等手段对杂化膜进行了表征与分析,并考察了SA/PTA杂化膜的力学性能。结果表明:SA与PTA有着较好的相容性,能够制备出致密无缺陷的杂化膜,但当PTA含量超过8wt%时,膜在微观上出现相分离;PTA的加入,极大地提高了杂化膜的耐热性和机械强度。膜的拉伸强度从纯SA膜的19.72MPa增加到了65.17MPa,断裂伸长率略微下降。 A series of sodium alginate/phosphotungstic acid (SA/PTA) hybrid membranes with different PTA con- tent were obtained through solution casting method. The hybrid membranes were characterized by using FT-IR, SEM and TGA, and the mechanical properties of membranes were studied. The results showed that SA and PTA had good compatibility which could make dense membranes without defect. The membranes appeared phase separation when the content of PTA was more than 8wt%, the thermal resistant and mechanical properties of the membranes were significantly improved. Its tensile strength was increased from 19.72MPa to 65.17MPa compared that pure SA membranes, and elongation rate at break was decreased slightly.
