聚己内酯/明胶电纺纳米纤维支架的制备与细胞相容性研究 被引量:1

摘要 构建了聚己内酯/明胶(PCL/GE)电纺纳米纤维支架,考察了该支架在模拟体液中的降解速率及其细胞相容性。结果表明:相比于PCL纤维膜,支架表面具有良好的亲水性,且PCL/GE复合纤维支架降解速率得到极大提高;大鼠脂肪来源间充质干细胞(marrow stromal cells,MSCs)在纤维支架表面粘附力强,生长、增殖情况良好。 Polycaprolactone / gelatin (PCL / GE) blend nanofibrous scaffolds have been fabricated by electrospinning. The scaffolds showed excellent hydrophilic surface. The introduction of GE improved greatly the biodegradation rate of the PCL / GE nanofibrous scaffolds in vitro. The cell culture results showed that SD rat adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (marrow stromal cells, MSCs) did more favor to adhere and grow on the scaffolds than on PCL electrospun membranes. It's expected that PCL/GE blend nanofibrous membranes will have a potential applications as wound dressings and tissue engineering scaffolds.
