摘要
研究了废旧聚酯/聚丙烯纤维板的热压工艺与其性能的关系,主要探讨了聚丙烯纤维的质量分数、热压温度、时间、压力对纤维板材力学性能的影响,并利用正交分析法,找出最优热压工艺参数为:聚丙烯纤维的质量分数为60%,热压温度185℃,热压压力10MPa,热压时间4min。并且由显著性检验结果可以看出,各因素对纤维板力学性能的影响程度有所不同。
The formation of waste polyester and polypropylene fiber compound plates, and the relationship between their properties and hot processing parameters were studied. It was mainly discussed that the influence of shaping temperature, time, pressure and the polypropytene content on the mechanical property of composite plates. Using orthogonal analysis to find out that the best processing parameters: 60%content of the polypropylene, 185℃ and 4min with 10MPa shaping pressure. The influence degree of various factors on mechanical properties of composite was different by significance test.
