摘要
以三嵌段共聚物L64为模板剂、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,经水热合成介孔硅材料SBA;以4,4-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)、均苯四甲酸酐(PMDA)为聚合体系并通过原位分散聚合法制备了介孔硅改性聚酰亚胺材料。经过TEM,XRD,红外,TG,膜附着力及工业可靠性测试等手段对所制备的材料进行了结构与性能表征。研究表明,当加入总量的1%的介孔硅时,所得的改性聚酰亚胺膜附着力及热稳定性均有所提高并可用于工业生产。
Mesoporous molecular sieves SBA were synthesized by conventional hydrothermal process , whose silicon source was tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) and template was triblock copolymer L64. Mesoporous silica modified polyimide material was prepared by polymerization system which constituted by 4,4-Oxydianiline(ODA) and pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) , and by the in-situ dispersion polymerization. The structure and properties of the material prepared was characterized by the way of TEM, XRD, infrared, TG, film adhesion and other industrial reliable methods. The results suggested that film adhesion and thermal stability of the material was improved and can be used in industrial production, when added mesoporous silica 1% of the total.
