摘要 为研究蜂窝微孔涤纶与天竹混纺针织物的服用舒适性与原料混纺比的关系,设计6种不同比例的混纺纬平针织物,分别测试每种针织物的保暖性、透气性、透湿性、放湿干燥性、顶破强力、耐磨性,运用模糊数学中的灰色近优法综合分析织物的各项测试数据,评估出不同环境下服用舒适性的最优混纺比。结果表明:在高温环境下,蜂窝微孔涤纶纯纺织物服用舒适性效果最优,也可选用蜂窝涤纶与天竹以70/30混纺的织物;在低温环境下,蜂窝微孔涤纶/天竹以50/50混纺而成的针织物其服用舒适性效果最优。 In order to investigate the correlation of material blended ratio and wearing performance of honeycomb PET and bamboo blended knitted fabric, six kinds of the blended flat knitted fabrics with different blended ratios were designed, each of the knitted fabric's thermal property, air permeability, moisture permeability, putting the wet and dry rate, bursting strength, abrasion resistance were tested. The fabric in all kinds of test data were analysed by gray nearly optimal method of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive, and assessed optimal blending ratio of taking comfort in different condition. The result showed that : under the environment of high temperature,the optimal wearing performance was honeycomb PET knitted fabric, as well as honeycomb polyester fiber and bamboo by 70/30 blended fabric. While in low temperature environment, the optimal wearing performance was honeycomb PET/bamboo with 50/50 blended knitted fabric.
