摘要
从分析我国科技园区规划建设所面临的矛盾及政府干预的必要性出发 ,对科技园区规划建设中政府所发挥的规划控制、政策干预、资金支持及管理体制改革的作用进行了探讨。
This paper explores the issues such as policy interference, financial support, and administration in planning for the construction of the scientific and technological park based on the contradictions and the necessity of the government control in this area.
