摘要 燃煤在我国的能源结构中占有主导地位,我国的煤产量已经达世界第一。电力行业是用煤大户,而煤在燃烧过程中产生大量有害物质,尤其SO2的排放对环境的污染十分严重。随着国家环保局对大气和环境污染的重视,对烟气脱硫系统的要求也越来越严格。今年脱硫系统旁路挡板取消的改造工程,已在2012年前建立的装机容量较大的电厂中陆续展开。本文结合陕西国华锦界4×600MW亚临界机组取消旁路挡板工程,详细介绍了项目实施重点以及相关DCS逻辑的逻辑修改。 Coal plays a dominant role in the energy structure of our country. China's coal production is the largest in the world. Electric Power Industry Consumes a lot of coal. It will produce a large number of harmful substances in the combustion process. In particular, the SO2 emission on the environment pollution is very serious. With STATE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ADMINISTRATION OF CHINA emphasis on atmosphere and environment pollution, it becomes more stringent to require the flue gas desulfurization system. The projects which cancel bypass damp of FGD have been implemented in the power plant which installed capacity is larger and built before 2012.The paper introduces the key of the implementation of the project and the changes of the DCS program, combing with the canceling bypass damp projects in the sub- critical units of Guohua Jinjie 4× 600MW Power Plant in Shanxi province.
