谷氨酰胺肠内营养对艾滋病患儿营养状况及免疫功能影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究谷氡酰胺(Gln)肠内营养对艾滋病患儿营养状况及免疫功能的影响。方法将20lO年1月~2012年5月我院住院60例艾滋病患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规肠内营养,观察组在常规肠内营养基础上添加谷氨酰胺[0.3g/(kg·d)]。分别测定干预前和干预3个月两组患儿营养和免疫功能指标的差异。结果3月后,观察组患儿营养指标及免疫指标明显高于对照组。结论强化谷氨酰胺肠内营养,可改善艾滋病患儿营养状况,提高其免疫功能指标。 Objective To study the effects of glutamine-enriched enteral nutrition on the nutritional status and immune function among children with AIDS. Method From January 2010 to May 2012, 60 hospitalized children with AIDS were randomly divided into treatment group(n= 30) and control group (nl=30), The control groups received the routine enteral nutrition and treatment group were given glutamine--enriched enteral nutrition(0.3g/kg, d). Be- fore and after the intervention for 3 months, the nutritional indicators and the index of immune function of the two groups were measured and compared. Result After 3 months, the indicators for nutrition and immune function of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion Glutamine-enriched enteral nutri- tion can improve the nutritional status and immune function of children with AIDS.
