摘要 目的探讨核心胜任力培养在《妇产科护理学》教学中的应用效果。方法在两届护理本科生中分别采用传统教学法(对照组)和以核心胜任力培养为中心的教学法(实验组),比较两组的学习成绩、核心胜任力,并采用自编问卷对实验组学生进行教学效果调查。结果实验组的成绩、核心胜任力总体评价均高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组学生对以核心胜任力培养为中心的教学方法评价较高。结论以核心胜任力培养为中心的教学改革在《妇产科护理学》教学中的应用,全面提高了学生的综合素质,有助于培养护理应用型人才。
