全面分析了港铁861D项目及探伤车(UIV)产品在RAMS方面的特点,采取的主要对策;编写了UIV产品可靠性框图,按照港铁及相关标准进行可靠性、可维护性指标的分配和预计;对项目或产品的危害登记册、安全评价(DSA)、安全性关键项目鉴定(SCI)等进行了设计、验证。

This paper roundly analyzes the MTR 861D project and characteristics of ultrasonic inspection vehicle, and introduces the main countermeasure to the project. The reliability block diagram was written and the reliability and maintainability indicators were distributed and assessed. The hazard register, dynamic security assessment and security identification of project and products were designed and verified.
