摘要
采用高温机械共混、化学交联工艺制备PVC/POM/NBR三元共混弹性体。重点讨论了PVC/POM/NBR共混比、PVC树脂的分子量、NBR橡胶的丙烯腈含量、硫化体系等因素对共混弹性体性能的影响。结果表明 ,PVC/POM /NBR(2 0 / 10 / 70 )三元共混弹性体具有优异的物理机械性能和耐油耐溶剂性能。用动态粘弹谱仪和扫描电子显微镜等现代分析技术研究其微观结构 ,结果显示PVC/POM /NBR(2 0 / 10 / 70 )三元共混弹性体的tgδ -T谱上只出一个峰值 ,其对应的玻璃化转变温度为 + 3 7℃ ,表现出较好的相容性。
PVC/POM/NBR ternary elastomer blends were prepared by the technology of mechanical blending at high temperature and chemical crosslink. The blend ratios of PVC/POM/NBR, the molecular weight of PVC resins, the ACN contant of NBR and the ettectof curing systems on the properties of the blends were discussed. The ternary elastomer blends of PVC/POM/NBR(20/10/70) had better physical mechanical properties, oil and solvent resistance. The study of electron microscope and dynamic viscoelastometer showed that the ternary blends were multiphase and had better compatibility. The glass transition temperature of the ternary elastomer blends of PVC/POM/NBR (20/10/70, mass) was +3 7℃
