This paper introduces a analysis method of determinat ion of UV absorbe nts in sun proof cosmetics by HPLC.The separation of 19 UV absorbents is done using YWG C 18 stainless steel column with methanol and tetrahydrofuran a nd water(60∶100∶80) as liquid phase.This paper reports the results of an analy sis performed on 21 samples of commercial sun proof cosmetics.
