摘要
目的：建立维生素B6软膏的含量测定方法。方法：采用紫外分光光度法对维生素B6的含量进行检测，检测波长291nm。结果：维生素B6在5～25μg／ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系。回归方程为：A=-0．0127＋0．0419C（r=0．9995）。结论：该方法操作简便、快捷、结果准确可靠，为该药质量控制提供参考依据。
Objective- To estabhsh a Quality wontmi method for Vitamin B6 Ointment. Methods; The drug was determinated by UV. The detection wavelength was 291 nm. Results：Calibration curve showed good linear- ity in the range of 5-25/μg/ml（r = 0. 9995）. Conclusion： The established Quality Control method is simple, ac- curate stable and reproducible.
