摘要
目的：探讨系统性红斑狼疮患者合并带状疱疹的特点。方法：回顾性分析18例系统性红斑狼疮患者。结果：18例系统性红斑狼疮患者中有17例并发带状疤疹（94．1％），明显高于同期住院患者的带状疤疹发病率（O．22％～0．26％）。结论：系统性红斑狼疮合并带状疱疹，病情相对较重，应用糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂治疗时带状疱疹的发生率较高。
Objective：To analysis clinical features of herpes zoster in patients with systemic lupus erythe- matosus（SLE）. Method：Analyzing retrospectively 187 cases of SLE, Results： 17 cases with herpes zoster（9.1% ） in 187 cases of patients. The crowd was significantly higher than that in normal herpes zoster incidence of 0. 22 % ～ 0.26 %. Conclusion： The occurrence of herpes zoster in patients with SLE is not uncommon. Severity of the disease, treatment with corticostercids and cyclophos phamide therapy, and being active may be risk factors for the development of heroes zoster in the patients with SLE.
