利用空间分析技术探讨布氏杆菌病发病的空间流行特征

摘要 目的:分析近几年内蒙古自治区布氏杆菌病的空间分布、空间自相关性及其流行蔓延趋势,为布病的有效防控提供科学依据。方法:收集内蒙古自治区2006~2012年各市级行政单位布氏杆菌病发病资料,运用ArcGISl0.0对其年均发病率进行发病率分布图的绘制,并利用空间统计方法,分析布氏杆菌病的空间聚集性及自相关性。结果:布氏杆菌病发病率地图和局部空间统计分析发现在中东部地区存在空间聚集,MORAN散点图显示应对锡林浩特市进行重点防控,以减少对周边城市的影响。结论:空间分析技术对布氏杆菌病发病空间特征的探讨结果可以为布病的有效防治提供有价值的科学依据。 Objective: Subject Analysis of the lnner Mongoha autonomous region m recent years brinell bacillus disease space distribution, space and its popular trend since the correlation between the spread, for the effective prevention and control of these provide scientific basis. Methods:Collecting Inner Mongolia autonomous region in 2006~2012 the municipal administrative unit brinell bacillus disease onset material, use the Ar- cGIS10.0 drawing incidence of distribution, and use of space statistical method, analyzes brinell bacillus disease of clustering and the correlation between space together. Results:Brinell bacillus disease incidence map and statis- tical analysis found that in local space area of middle space gathered there, MORAN scatterplot chart displays the condition to the prevention and control, to reduce the influence of the surrounding city. Conclusion: The space analysis technology of brinell bacillus disease onset space characteristics of these results can be used for discusses effective prevention and control to provide valuable scientific basis.
