颈前路空心加压螺钉固定治疗齿状突骨折13例

摘要 目的:探讨齿状突骨折的复位方法及颈前路空心加压螺钉固定治疗齿状突骨折的临床疗效。对13例齿状突骨折行空心加压螺钉固定治疗,其中7例齿状突前移位患者采取全麻后颅骨牵引下复位。结果:随访6~42个月,平均(14±3)个月,末次随访全组均获得骨性愈合,未出现螺钉断裂及骨折移位。全组患者颈椎旋转及屈伸活动度正常或接近正常。结论:颈前路空心加压螺钉固定治疗齿状突骨折创伤小,且能较好地保留寰枢关节活动度。应用改良的复位方法对骨折进行复位能扩大该术式的适用范围。
